Ebbert & Associates was founded by Colonel Terry Ebbert, U.S.M.C. Ret. to provide consulting, planning, training and education in all aspects of Emergency Preparedness, Public Safety, Disaster Management and Security. Colonel Ebbert was the “Incident Commander” and coordinated all local, state and federal response to New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the largest disaster in the history of the United States.
New Orleans is the home for Ebbert & Associates to provide the education, planning, training and technology to demonstrate professional emergency preparedness, which is the first step in effective disaster management.
