State of Louisiana / City of New Orleans

• Provided training and exercise support for security and emergency preparedness for all agencies leading up to the 2013 Superbowl

Mathis Brierre - Worksite Safety Education

• Provided continuing education course for architects that included the history of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), OSHA Inspections, Hazard Analysis/Control Measures, Recognition of Site Hazards, the Role of the Site Safety Manager, Workplace Violence, and the Drug-Free Workplace (Approved by the American Institute of Architects)
• Provided a Business Continuity Overview to include threat analysis, business impact analysis, and continuity strategy selection. Currently working on a complete Business Continuity Plan to include system recovery, operations resumption, incident management framework, and establishing a testing and exercise program to build resiliency in the event of a disaster

New Orleans Regional Transit Authority

• Provided Counter Terrorism Training for 560 first line employees, dispatchers, and supervisors of the local Regional Transit Authority (RTA) in the areas of basic terrorism awareness, assessment and reporting, and appropriate response
• Planned and executed Emergency Preparedness Drills (two tabletop exercises) and a full-scale exercise dealing with RTA scenarios. These exercises brought together local, state and federal agencies to work together to enhance the RTA's ability to respond to various incidents and to work with outside agencies in resolving conflicts
• Provided Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Federal Railroad (FRA) safety and security inspection preparation and support
• Developed a public awareness and preparedness program that employed television commercials, radio ads, postings on RTA vehicles, and brochures to heighten the alertness of ridership making them an integral part of the RTA's Counter Terrorism environment
• Reviewed and refined the Security and Emergency Preparedness Plan
• Reviewed and refined the System Safety Preparedness Plan
• Providing NIMS/ICS basic level training to frontline employees and advanced level training to supervisory personnel as well as annual refresher training and HSEEP Compliant exercise and evaluations for 2011

BP Gulf Horizon Oil Spill - Intergovernmental Liaison/Hurricane Planners

• Provided interface and coordination with all local/state elected officials and first responder agencies on operational and planning issues
• Assisted in creating and coordinating Hurricane and Interoperable Communications planning at federal, state and local levels. This included the difficult command issues of combining OPA 90 and Stafford Act structures

FEMA Logistics Supply Chain Management System (LSCMS)

• Tier 1 subcontractor to work to identify any LSCMS training curriculum gaps in meeting FEMA's Logistics and Emergency Management mission

Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute - Distinguished Visiting Fellow (DVF)

• Provide expertise, insights and mentoring opportunities across a variety of issues in support of the Department of Homeland Security - This includes such areas as homeland security resilience, critical infrastructure protection, information sharing, threat and systems analysis

Innovative Logistics Support Services (ILSS) - Consulting Services

• Reviewed and recommended operational and personnel changes on ILSS contracts with Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North

New Orleans Police and Justice Foundation

• Coordinated operational review of multiple criminal justice law enforcement programs with the Superintendent of Police, District Attorney, and local city agencies and business leadership.

New Orleans Communications District

• Appointed by the Mayor of New Orleans, Col. Terry Ebbert serves as Chairman of the Board
• N.O. Communications District is a state created entity responsible for supplying all 911 Emergency Services to the city of New Orleans
• Under Col. Terry Ebbert's leadership, the agencies have been consolidated into a new 911 Emergency Communications Center constructed without any General Fund money

Education Design and Development Related Performance

• Emergency Management Bachelor of Science degree curriculum proposal for a major university that was validated by the International Association of Emergency Managers and the Emergency Management Institute
